Privacy Policy

We collect only what is necessary to run your mediation. Here is exactly what we gather, how we use it, and when we delete it.

Data collected

We collect the following information when you use Let's Move On™:

  • Email address, if you provide one -- used to invite the other party and deliver verdict notifications.
  • Dispute content -- your opening statement, the topic or description of the dispute, and any evidence you upload.
  • Messages -- all messages exchanged during the mediation session, including shared messages and private messages to the mediator.

We do not require account creation. Sessions use token-based guest authentication.

AI processing

Your dispute content is sent to third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) to generate mediator responses and verdict analyses. Before content reaches the verdict panel, all parties are anonymized and randomly labeled “Party 1” and “Party 2” to prevent ordering bias.

We do not use your dispute content to train our own models or any third-party models. Content is sent to AI providers solely for the purpose of generating your mediation session and verdict.

Cookies and analytics

Let's Move On™ uses session cookies to maintain your connection to an active mediation room. We may also store a stable anonymous identifier so product analytics can measure whether visitors reach pricing, start a case, or complete checkout. We do not use advertising cookies.

We use PostHog for product analytics. Session replay and autocapture are limited to public pages and the `/start` intake flow. Sensitive case surfaces such as Quick Verdict, mediation rooms, resolve links, verdict pages, appeals, statements, and evidence flows are excluded from replay. We do not send dispute text, evidence contents, or direct personal data such as email addresses in analytics event properties.

Data retention

Mediation rooms and their associated messages, statements, and evidence expire and are automatically deleted after 7 days from the session's conclusion.

Verdict summaries and shareable verdict pages may be retained longer to support permanent verdict links. These contain only the anonymized verdict content, not the full session transcript.

No data selling

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or dispute content to third parties. Your data is used exclusively to deliver the mediation service you requested.
