Terms of Service

By using Let's Move On™, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before starting a mediation.

AI-generated mediation disclaimer

Let's Move On™ provides AI-generated mediation and verdicts for informal dispute resolution only. The platform does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legally binding arbitration.

Verdicts are generated by AI language models and should not be treated as legal opinions or substitutes for professional legal counsel. If your dispute involves significant legal, financial, or safety concerns, consult a licensed attorney.

User responsibilities

You agree to use the platform in good faith and to provide truthful, accurate information about your dispute. You will not use the service to harass, threaten, or abuse another party.

You are responsible for any content you submit, including opening statements, messages, evidence, and private context shared with the mediator. Content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates the rights of others is prohibited.

You acknowledge that the other party in your mediation is a real person and agree to engage respectfully throughout the process.

Payment terms

Quick Verdicts are free and require no payment. Your first 3 mediations are complimentary. After complimentary usage is exhausted, standard mediations use the filing price shown at checkout for that session. Appellate reviews cost $9.99 per filing. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

All purchases are non-refundable. Because AI model inference begins immediately upon payment and the service is fully delivered in a single session, we are unable to offer refunds for completed or in-progress mediations and appeals.

Prices are subject to change and may vary across new-session pricing experiments. Any price changes apply only to new sessions and do not affect sessions already in progress.

Data handling

When your case is sent to the verdict panel, all parties are anonymized and randomly labeled “Party 1” and “Party 2.” This randomized assignment prevents ordering bias in the AI models' analysis.

Private messages between you and the mediator are never shared with the other party during the session. However, the mediator may use the context from private messages to inform the shared discussion and the verdict panel receives all messages as part of the case record.

Your dispute content is processed by third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) to generate mediator responses and verdicts. Please review their respective privacy policies for details on how they handle data.

Limitation of liability

Let's Move On™ is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, fairness, or completeness of any AI-generated verdict or mediator response.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Let's Move On™ and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of California.
